AI credits
What counts as a credit?
Credits reset on the first day of each month (UTC) and unused credits don't roll over. Different actions cost different amounts, depending on how much of your book the assistant has to read and write.

Billing
Billing questions.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing in your account. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan. Nothing you've written is deleted.
What happens to my books if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your books, chapters and files stay exactly where they are. The Free plan limits apply to new activity — for example, you can't create more active books than the Free plan allows until you archive one or upgrade again.
How do team seats work?
Each member of the team uses one seat, and the team's AI credits and storage are pooled across seats. Owners can change the number of seats from the team's billing page.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't right, contact us from the Contact page with the email on your account and we'll review your request.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch BIMA's servers.
